The course
of "Great Master of Classical
Pizza" is organized to give
students a complete knowledge
about the production cycles of
the Classical Neapolitan Pizza,
about the management of
pizza-restaurant, about
marketing and about the correct
equipment to produce Classical
Neapolitan Pizza, following
traditional rules.
This course
is a MASTER in Neapolitan
Classical Pizza (only who comes
from Naples and knows deeply
Neapolitan traditions can teach
the art of pizza!) and it is
addressed to people who want to
acquire knowledge to manage a
pizza-restaurant or a chain of
pizza-restaurants.
